Returns are made to the exact address where they were purchased.

You may exchange or return items within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Rights Protection Law.

Goods of adequate quality means goods that correspond to the description on the site without manufacturing defects, which did not fit you in size, color or style.

Return of goods of proper quality is possible only with full preservation of its trade dress (packaging, labels) and consumer properties (worn goods can not be returned).

A substandard product means a product that has manufacturing defects or does not match the description provided on the site.

Manufacturing defects may be detected upon receipt, inspection and trying on the product, without putting it into service for a period of 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.

Refund for the goods is made within 5 days after physical receipt of your parcel at the branch of “New Mail”.

Yes, you can exchange any pair purchased from the showcase, except for shoes that were tailored to individual measurements. To do this, select the appropriate item for exchange and contact us.

Yes, you can return any item that does not fit you.

Only used shoes can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. This requires that the shoes were not used, preserved its trade dress and consumer properties, as well as packaging, the factory labels and cash voucher proving purchase.
